The Australia Taxation Office provide an online system to request the withdrawal of your super once you have left Australia and your VISA has expired.

What you will likely need for the process:

Your passport number

Your Australian Tax File Number (TFN)  - may still be completed without it

A statement from your super fund which lists your

Member number

The name of your super fund

Their contact number incase you need to call them for more details
